DELIVERY POLICY
Orders will be processed within 2 working days from date of receiving payment
Delivery confirmation by way of either phone call, sms or email
Courier Guy will do door to door deliveries and contact buyer
Courier Guy Economy takes 2-4 days
All packages have a Tracking Number.
If you do not receive your package in a reasonable time. Please contact admin@sportfishingtackleshop.co.za and we will follow up with Courier Guy
On international orders the buyer is responsible for customs fees and taxes.
RETURNS POLICY
You are welcome to return any product within 7 days of receiving it. The product must be in the same sell-able condition and packaging as you received it. Buyer must pay return courier fees. Please contact admin@sportfishingtacklesop.co.za
SportFishingTackleShop will replace products that are received damaged. Please send photo’s and videos to admin@sportfishingtackleshop.co.za within 7 days of receiving it.
